This small chain makes good Neapolitan pizzas with nice toppings. It’s served piping hot in no time and the edges are so fluffy and light. If you like Neapolitan style pizza than you can’t go wrong with Fatto a Mano. The only downside is their wine per glass. It’s a bit overpriced and the primitivo wasn’t really good.

I had an amazing visit at this Italian restaurant in Covent Garden! The Margherita pizza was absolutely stunning— tender, full of flavour, and topped with the most delicious tomato sauce I’ve ever had. The table setting and atmosphere gave me the vibe and impression I am being served in the center of Rome, making the whole experience so inviting and warm. Highly recommended for any visitors exploring London craving for some authentic Italian foods.

Tasty fresh pizzas Napoli style. Dough was a great texture pillowy and soft on the edge and very thin in the middle. Toppings were also tasty although a bit on the too oily side. Would recommend the Christmas special and the pancetta with Gorgonzola pizzas. Friendly and quick service!

Fatto a Mano in Covent Garden feels like one of those places where food naturally brings everyone together. We ended up ordering a bit of everything and sharing it around the table, which felt exactly right for the space and the mood. The atmosphere is warm and lively, with an open kitchen and shelves of wine in the background — busy, but in a comforting, “let’s stay a bit longer” way. The pizza was the obvious crowd-pleaser. Soft, pillowy crust with those lovely charred edges, topped generously and clearly made to be eaten fresh and fast. We also shared a bubbling baked dish straight from the oven — rich tomato sauce, melted cheese, and fresh basil on top — perfect with thick slices of toasted bread soaked in olive oil. Simple, messy, and very satisfying. The starters were ideal for sharing too. Crispy arancini with plenty of grated cheese on top disappeared quickly, especially dipped into the punchy tomato sauce. There was also a big, fresh salad with crunchy croutons and marinated artichokes that balanced out all the indulgence nicely. Drinks came and went easily — spritzes, soft drinks, refills without fuss — and the staff kept everything moving while still feeling relaxed and friendly. Overall, Fatto a Mano feels less like a formal meal and more like a casual get-together over really good Italian food. The kind of place you go with friends, share plates, talk loudly, and leave very full and very happy.

Great time great food. Excellent for gluten free dairy free allergy pizza. It was delish. So close to the ballet so it was a perfect spot for lunch before the show. I was running late for our booking and it was so easy to change the booking online by 15 minutes rather than lose the table.

Chill place with really good pizzas. We particularly liked the pesto and butternut squash one as a detour from the usual red sauce pizzas (which were great as well). Decent salads as well, crisp and well dressed. But the pizza is the star. They were all served hot, perfect amount of blistering and charring on the crust and the dough was chewy and tasty. Toppings were perfectly distributed and did not overwhelm the pizza dough. And the toppings were all great quality and freshness. Desserts were ok. Servers were at times inattentive, especially if it got a little crowded and one of them didn’t bother waiting for us to request tap water before he popped open a bottle of still water for our table. Other than that, lovely staff.
